  Our pricing can vary depending on market value and demand. We cannot predict when this will happen but we can guarantee that we will always offer the best price for your iPhone.
  
  
• The iPhone I was going to sell has changed price, will you give me the old price?
  The current market value at time of sale is the amount you will receive. Our value promise is that we will pay you the price offered at the time of your sale and hold this for 30 days. This is because the iPhones that we collect are re-used on the open market and prices do vary according to market forces.

  To check that you are selling the correct model of iPhone, refer to your original contract note or sale of goods receipt. We will confirm the model in every case and inform you by email if it differs from the version you have stated.

  Yes we can offer a value for an iPhone that is damaged/faulty. However, we cannot tell you how much a damaged/faulty iPhone would be worth without seeing it. Once we have received and tested your iPhone we will make you an offer by email. If you want to accept the offer simply click the appropriate link provided in the email that will be sent to you. ??If you do not inform us of your decision within 5 days of receipt, we will automatically accept it and issue the revised payment in the form originally requested. Under no circumstances can iPhones be returned after this period.?? In general over 90% of all iPhones sold to us meet our Terms and Conditions. The other 10% offers vary from nothing to 70% of the full value. If we are unable to offer you a value for your iPhone, we are still be able to recycle it for you free of charge. • Can I change my payment option?

• Have I been paid yet?
  You will receive an email to confirm that we have received your iPhone, it has been tested and verified, and the amount we will pay you. • Do I pay postage when I send my iPhone?
  No, we provide a freepost service for you to send your iPhone to us. Simply place your iPhone in a padded envelope and attach the freepost label that we provide and post it back to us. If you would rather send your iPhone in a box simply attach the freepost address label. It is strongly recommended that you send your iPhone Recorded or Special Delivery as we do not take responsibility for any loss or damage sustained in transit. Unfortunately we cannot pay any additional Special Delivery charges for you.
  
  
• What do I need to include when sending my iPhone?
  Using the freepost label provided, please include the iPhone you have sold. We do not require any accessories such as chargers or headsets. Please ensure you remove your SIM card before sending us your iPhone as SIM cards contain personal details. We will not accept liability if SIM cards are sent with the handset and any charges are incurred before or after receipt of your handset. Unfortunately once we have received SIM cards we are unable to return them.
  
  
• Do I need to include my memory card?
  If your iPhone has a memory card then we do welcome these to be sent in with the iPhone. However, if you no longer have the memory card for the iPhone then do not worry as this will not affect the value that we offer.
  
  
• How many iPhones can I include in one freepost envelope?
  You can include as many iPhones as you can safely and securely fit into the packaging of your choice. However, we recommend no more than four iPhones be sent at a time. Please use an appropriate size padded envelope or package and only use one freepost label. It is vital you make sure your iPhones are packaged safely.
  
  
• I sent my iPhone by freepost, has it arrived yet?
  We will send you an email notifying you of receipt of your iPhone. As freepost is handled by your postage carrier, it can unfortunately sometimes take up to 15 working days for items to arrive. If we have not received your iPhone within this time period, it may possible that it has been lost in the post. In order to make a claim you will need to contact your postage carrier for more information.
  
  

Re-use and recycling
We are dedicated to recycling iPhones throughout the world. As iPhones and their batteries contain several dangerous metals including lead, cadmium, lithium and mercury, re-use and recycling helps protect the environment and save natural resources.
We guarantee that all iPhones will, wherever possible, be re-used (in accordance with the European WEEE Directive).


Your iPhone
To receive the full value of your iPhone it should:

• Power-up (turn on) and be in a working condition.
• The screen should be intact and fully working
• No significant damage although it may have cosmetic damage through general wear and tear.
• Not be barred or water damaged.

A reduced price will be offered on iPhones which do not meet the above criteria. This will be on a case by case basis and we will inform you via email of your iPhones value. You have the right to reject this offer at any time within the 5 day period.


Model Verification
Each iPhone is tested and verified for payment. If on inspection we find that the model you had sold is not the same as the one sent to us, we will confirm the correct iPhone by email for you to accept the revised offer. This can often happen where iPhone models look similar.

If we do not hear from you within 5 days, we will automatically make this change and process your payment on the new model.


Damaged iPhones
We can still pay you for your damaged iPhone but the value offered will be less than those listed on the site. Damaged iPhones should be sold as normal. We normally offer Eu 50 for any damaged iPhones.

Once the iPhone has been received and tested, we will contact you via email with a new offer. Where possible we will always offer a value for a damaged iPhone.

If you do not inform us of your decision within 5 days of us testing your iPhone, we will automatically accept it and issue the revised payment in the form originally requested. Under no circumstances can iPhones be returned after this period.


SIM cards
Please ensure you remove your SIM card before sending us your iPhone as SIM cards contain personal details. Memory cards
Please ensure you remove your memory card before sending us your iPhone. Unfortunately once we have received memory cards we are unable to return them.


Payments
Where possible we endeavour to make all payments within 7 working days from the day your iPhone has been tested and confirmed to meet our Terms and Conditions. During busy periods we cannot guarantee payment within this period. All payments are non transferable and we reserve the right to withdraw offers with no notice.

Payment will be made via bank transfer to the account number and sort code you entered online. We use software to verify the account exists but we cannot take responsibility for account numbers or sort codes which are input incorrectly.

If you have chosen to be paid via Paypal you must have an active Paypal account. We do not take responsibility for customers that enter incorrect Paypal account details.

From time to time we will change the offer values of iPhones on the website with no notice. If you sell a iPhone we will pay the value on the date of sale.


Postal damage and loss
We do not take any responsibility for the loss or damage to iPhones before receipt at our warehouse.

We strongly recommend that all our customers package their iPhones securely to minimise the risk of damage. A padded envelope does not guarantee that the iPhone will be received in the same condition as when it was sent.

In addition, we suggest that all iPhones sent to us come by Recorded or Special Delivery. In the event that a package is received in a damaged state at our warehouse, we will inform you immediately so you can make a claim for the loss directly from your postage carrier. We cannot guarantee that the claim will be successful, and we cannot take any liability for any claims which are refused by external parties. For more information about making claims with your postage carrier please contact them directly.


Returns
We are unable to return iPhones that are sent to us and are accepted at full price, or after a customer accepts a iPhone value at a lower price. iPhones will be returned to customers only if a lower price is offered and rejected within the 5 day period. We send all returned iPhones via TNT at your cost.


Best price guarantee
We guarantee to offer the best price of all phone recyclers in your country. Their offer must be published on their website and the company in question must be registered as a valid iPhone recycler in your country. Should another valid recycler offer more than us, we shall pay you double the difference if iPhone is tested successfully and meets our Terms and Conditions.


Stolen iPhones
We support CheckMEND, a crime protection database created to track stolen iPhones. If we receive any iPhones that are registered on their database as stolen, they will be destroyed using our recycling partner unless proof of ownership can be supplied.

Suitable proof of ownership would be documentation such as supplier contract or written confirmation from the Police showing that the IMEI is incorrectly registered as stolen. The documentation would need to show that the matching unique IMEI number of the iPhone sold is your property. Upon receipt of this information we can return the iPhone to you.

If we do not receive such documentation from you within 31 days, your iPhone will be destroyed using our recycling partner.


Please note
We encourage the return of iPhone boxes, battery chargers and accessories, but they do not increase the value listed on the website.

We recommend that you ensure all data is removed prior to sending an iPhone to us. For example, personal details, SMS, photos, games, songs or other data. We will not accept responsibility for the security, protection, confidentiality or use of such data. By sending your iPhone to us you agree to release us from any claims, losses or damages with respect to the data stored or contained therein or on any media used in conjunction with the iPhone.

All iPhone sales are valid for a period of 30 days only. Where possible we may be able to hold this price longer although we reserve the right to pay the current market rate for iPhones received after this period.
